98 honda civic window help

Default 98 honda civic window help

My windows on my 98 civic goes up and down half way then begin to jam I'm wondering if its my regulators or window motor I googled it but keep getting results are for slow window could someone please help me thank you

Spray a good quality silicone grease on the rubber tracts and lube the metal gears and plastic guide roller (inside the door) with bearing grease. Do not use silicone grease on plastic guide roller.

It's usually a bad regulator or improper window alignment, though try the silicone spray first.
