confused on how the steering wheel came?....oem wheel missing the whole airbags section?....or aftermarket wheel?

some trims came without airbags and without the cable reel. Check your wiring. The ignition switch should not have any effect on the horn. Disconnect horn relay and fuse. With the ignition in ON2, test the relay socket terminals for battery voltage( one probe on the terminal, one on ground. There should not be any. If there is, trace where the power is coming from.

is the car stock or have stiff motor mounts having a lot of vibration? it could be causing the horn to go off if it is loose inside the clock spring... just a thought

The wire on the steering wheel for the horn is for grounding only. You hit the horn button, it connects to ground. What you should be looking for is the multiple supply source going to your horn.Have you performed the test mentioned on post #5.

Yes I tested the socket, relay, fuse. My SRS light is on my dashboard... thinking about replacing the socket where the relay goes... another theory is maybe there is an alarm connected thats triggering the horn.to go off

Definitely check for an aftermarket alarm system.

Otherwise, the horn switch is stuck closed or there's a short to ground in the black horn ground wire in the steering wheel.
