Default ... stock block & head w/ vafc hack (550s) & cometic headgasket

--((did a search, just not what i was looking for))--

... i know that some of you have similar setups... a couple questions :

- how much boost are you pushing?...
- what kind of hp/tq numbers do you have?...
- what are your average/best e.t.'s?...
- please list setup

... i would like to know an estimate of what kind of performance i would see running this setup... lemme know... thanks...

Can the VAFC idle 550cc? With the 440cc you're already at -40%....

... with vafc hack, since you put back fuel at idle to account for the slower opening times (smaller map sensor cut - -35,-40,-40,-38 - average settings for most with 450s) idling should not be a problem... but i am not absolutely sure... i have not installed/run the 550s yet... but i have talked to a couple people with 550s and they said they idle fine...

I havnt tried it myself, but i know it will idle 550s fine. with the 450s, you actually need to richen it up to about -30% or more to get a smooth idle, mostly due to the opening time of the larger sprayers. But there is really no point in getting anything larger than 450s with the hack, since your limited to about 10psi anyways.

... actually with 550s and the larger map sensor cut (40,48,48,45 - someone else's settings with 550s) you can boost more than 11psi (limited around 18psi - so i am told)... because of the greater map sensor cut, you have more flexability to boost higher until you hit a cel...

(if that makes sense... if not see conversation between me and filetofit : https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=275379 -- filetofit explains things a lot better than)
