Default What piece is this?

Trying my first manifold and found this pic. I need the square piece.
Do they make Sch10 in square or should I just use some standard 1/8" stainless?

And anyone know what the dimensions I need for a t3 flange are? I don't yet have the flange to measure.

I have a flange on order, but I need to know what size the rectangle is or if it has a specific name that will space out the manifold from the flange.

go buy some rectangle stock an mitre into it with a hole saw the same as the od of the pipe.

cost you about the same to buy the mandrel and the hole saw (if you have a drill press to use)

There are alot of things that could affect that price.. If he dosent have the correct things to make it then its pointless... Hole saw, drill bit and tap will run more then just buying two flanges. Plus its a waste if he doent plan to do more then one.

It's true. I have a small little bench top drill press, not a really good hole saw either. So it makes sense to just buy the one. Besides, no place I can just run to to get metal. Most of those places are open 8-4:30 m-f.
