You should upload the turbo 440 cal for the part number of your box. Get the engine running at 900rpm and sync ign timing. Take it to a qualified tuner.

The startup cal has the teeth setting done already. It should start.

Sounds like maybe your fuel table needs to be adjusted. Do you have a wideband?

Also calibrate your throttle pedal.

hello, I also calibrate the tps 1% at idle according to Aem and 100 % at wot. I got an innovate mtx wideband fueling is ok 12.5 afr on cold start. I also check spark plugs its ok not fooling plugs. Thank you

Walk through the troubleshooting steps with aem tech support. They will have u log certain parameters and determine if the box has mechanical issues.

Have you tried actually tuning the Idle properly. Or are you just expecting your car to idle perfectly?

So you registered on the forum and have not spoke to anyone just yet...how does this determine for you that AEM support is bad?

I'd look at the Eprom inside the ems. That old box was before they added the foam. Make sure the Eprom is seated completely. Do you ever have hard time connecting to it or does it get stuck at "Loading Checksums" or anything?

AEM's forum is not their tech support. Their support is one of the best in the industry. Have you tried to call the phone number on the front of the instructions for tech support or e-mailed them at emstech@aempower.com
