also if i go aftermarket, what size would you reccomend for a turbo lsvtec setup , mild build... going for 300 hp range. daily driven ty..
Is your tuner certain that the TB itself is cracked or warped, and not simply a gasket issue? I would assume so, but figured I would throw it out there lol.
What engine are you running - we may have a used TB for ya... ?
To answer your question, if searching for aftermarket a 68-70mm would be plenty sufficient, and give you room to grow w/o limiting your future performance.

yea im just looking into aftermarket and it is WAAY cheaper than OEM, then ill have to buy a new charge pipe connector for diff size throttle body, and then ill need a new tune... geez...
Its going to need to be retuned regardless, if it was originally tuned with the boost leak present... Tuning is your friend, not your enemy - embrace it ;-)
Yeah check the gasket. Did you see where it was leaking from? Throttle bodies especially Honda ones dont fail in this way very often. I have seen a bunch of Ford TBs leak at the shaft seal. 68-70mm as said is perfect if going aftermarket. You will for sure need a retune once you fix the leak regardless if you change the TB size. A good tuner should finish up the tune for you at no extra cost since there was an issue with the first tuning session and it could not be properly fine tuned.
