Default 97 DX, weird engine noise, not sure

Well I figured maybe it was my cracked exhaust manifold that was making the noises, or the clogged cat, or rusted muffler. But after replacing all that and the piping for some better sounding magnaflow exhaust, I still did not get rid of the noise. I put in a header, piping, cat, resonator, and muffler, with new pipe. It sounds better than before and accelerates better, but still did not get rid of the clicking/clanking sound like some rubbing together as he rpm's go up. And then it sounds like here's a little metal piece rattling when I accelerate too. I'm not sure where to look or what to look for. I'm thinking maybe the throw out bearing in my clutch? I have some videos of the sound when driving and stopped ill try and post up

Don't mind the video at all, I was trying to capture and look for the noise at the same time. While I am driving and hit higher rpm's I get this loud grinding type noise but if I puh the clutch in it goes away. But ten there is still a small clicking sound you can hear. And then tr per noise is a metal like rattling noise, which you can hear in he video of the exhaust sitting still. And I heard both of these noises before and after I replaced my cracked exhaust manifold and rusted muffler. Replaced it all with 4-2-1 header, down pipe, magnaflow high flow cat, resonator, then just a regular muffler il I get the one I want. And replaced all the piping with 2.25". So, it was not the manifold or muffler. I just want my engine sounding smooth as I accelerate and decelerate!!!

Here's a better video. The first noise goes away when pushing in the clutch, as is louder at higher rpm's, 3-4k, and the second noise is in neutral an just revving the engine, it sounds like a loose piece rattling or something but can't fire it out.

I think you're right, and my throw out bearing too. I found this thread after you said isb https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...2#post48856702 and it's exactly my situation.
