Flexhone to port manifolds?

Default Flexhone to port manifolds?

anyone used flexhones for porting exhaust manifolds? ive seen some of fab guys around here with great manifolds ported and idk what they use for do that job. any idea?

absolutely not...... use the standard porting tools. Carbides, cartridge rolls and flap wheels on some type of grinding tool weather it the air or electric.

you can do it but they dont remove enought material fast enough

I have always thought it was the same as porting a head, but on harder material. Thus, making carbides the only way to do it economically.
