Default wires needed for wide band?

while I'm building the engine harness in my 86, I wanted to run the wires down to where the o2 sensor for the wideband will go, I'm going to get the kit later on when I get closer to completion, I figured I would just run the wires to an inline Amphenol plug, I need to know what wires I need to hook one up, I know one has to be shielded of course, but are these run with pre heaters etc? it's eaisier for me to run that harness and weld in the bung now, then later on I can just screw it in and plug in the plug

different widebands use different harneses with ther own plugs. they have ther own harnes.. i would suggest keeping thes harneses seperat than your cars harnes

say you run said wires to a plug near the o2 location... how will you plug the o2 into it when it will be a different plug?
cut and rewire the o2 sensor??? not logical... and when you need to swap said o2 sensor for a new one. ... oh yeeaaaa gotta cut and rewire that plug again...

and for the guages side of the plugs...wich are different between differant brand widebands.........

simply saying keep it simple and seperate than other sub harnesses.

I have a lot of amphenol military harness plugs around, it's no big deal for me to solder an end to the plug on the o2 sensor, the smaller ones are are about the size of the stock plugs anyway, but a much better connection, basically are we talking what on average 4 wires and one shielded wire? I can run a couple of extra I guess and just use what I need, it's just much eaisier at this point to build the wires into the existing harness, I just wont terminate them yet, all my harnesses under my hood end at military spec round plugs, I just hate to have that one odd harness in there too

thanks, I just need to make sure I run enough in the harness, the extra ones won't do anything but be redundant if I need one later.

so a nine pin Amphenol connector with eight regular wires and one shielded wire will cover about anything? I have one of the depressed areas in my floor pan with a rubber plug, right near where I want to put the bung on the collector, just the right size for a smaller panel jack to go in the floor under the seat. I can use a right angle connector and just run a short harness from the 02 sensor , these are sealed water tight amphenol plugs
