I have a 92 civic hatch with a b18b1 swap. I just put a b18a1 head on due to valve lash issue with the old. I put everything back together and im only getting spark in cylinder number 1 . Changed the dizzy and ecu and time is good and same problem. Any suggestions?

 

Reconfirm all the connections.
Did you ground the valve cover?
Can we have a "car won't start" sticky already? This is the 10th on i've seen today

 

There is. It's in the "Frequently Asked Questions" sticky that none of you new people bother to read. I wonder how an '11 missed it?

OP. Are you sure everything is timed correctly? Ignition and mechanical? How did you verify that only one cylinder is firing? Double check your work?

 

I know its in the FAQ, but apparently that's too big and scarey of a post because it doesn't say "STICKY; IF YOU CAN'T START OR READ"

 

I see. I guess a mouse click and a scroll of the page of too difficult? Maybe YOU can ling the OP directly TO the no start parts?
