Your best option maybe to run the car on stock injectors with a stock ecu at partial throttle until the car can be tuned.

Post more information about the entire engine setup and specifically what stock ecu you have for a definitive answer.

Cool, so when you run the wrong injectors, don't ask why fuel flooded your conbustion chambers, leaked into your oil, caused scarring/bearing issues. Gas eliminates lubrication properties in oil.

The ECU thinks 240cc injector, open for XX of time under XXX load. You change the size of the injector, but nothing with the ECU. I expect fantastic results.
