Icon6 Idle Problem D16z6, IACV and FITV good

Hi.

I have some problem with the idle of my car, i have a honda civic 95 d16z6.

The car hold in 1500 rpm, i cleanup the IACV and the FITV with the help of this thread : https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/how-fix-your-idleing-woes-fitv-iacv-2153910/

But i have the same issue.

i dont have vacuum leak. But i can see this problem with my PCV valve.

My PCV valve its brand new, and the vacuum line its new.

Check this out, someone its bad?? i dont know what happend.

Thanks

The manifold suck air with the vacuum of the PCV. i dont know if this is normal that is look like a taper in.

yes, in the PCV valve have oil leak but i dont know why.

The principal problem the idle, this hold at 1500 rpm all time, just if a drive my car arount 15 min or 30 min, this go to normal.

open your fast idle valve and screw it back in probably got loose common over the years. it is over 15 years old. go to 3:45 on the time line to show you how to do it.

the old mans trick is to use starter fluid to check hoses. spray one vacuum hose at a time and if the idle jumps up after you just sprayed a hose thats where your leak is and the air is coming from. also spray the manifold base to see if the gasket sealed right. other than that all i can imagine is your dizzy timing. move it back and forth check if it drops. last but not least is the idle adjustment bolt on the top of the throttle body use a flat head and start closing it and see if any changes happen. if any of those work disconnect your battery after to reset your ecu.

if it goes to normal after x amount of time that would point to your FITV what all did you do to it ?

That PCV valve is probably gunked shut. Replace it, and both hoses running from the breather box to the intake manifold. That hose running from the PCV valve to the intake manifold has collapsed.

The PCV valve is a check valve; it only lets air flow one way. Blow on the receiving end, it should flow through. Blow from the other side, the valve should block the air. Try soaking it in gasoline.

Otherwise, start checking for vacuum leaks with starting fluid. As you spray around the intake manifold, if your RPM's go up, the starting fluid is getting in. There's your leak.

Also make SURE that you clean the IACV thoroughly. I cleaned my IACV about 4 times when I first got my car and my problem wasn't solved until I let the IACV soak in brake parts cleaner.

Other Day, the car turn on Perfect and not Idle Problem.

This Situation its bad, i dont know what happend.
