Throttle body cable nuts.
My car was idling at around 100-300 rpm. so I cleaned the iacv. then i notived my throttle body cable was not tight. But I should have left it because now doing research online, it is normal like that.
So i messed up my cable and although it now idles at 800rpm, i want it to go back to factory settings. because i feel that i just covered up the problem
Does anyone know what place the nuts should be on the cable
thanks

+1 on feel as well; I don't believe there is an actual spec on it. And 800 rpm is normal idle. However, if your tach said you were idling at 100-300 rpm before, I would be suspicious of your tach.
Are you talking about the throttle body stop screw or the throttle cable itself. If it's throttle cable you're talking about it should not be affecting the idle at all. It needs to be less than tight. Should be about a quarter inch play up and down(the cable itself in middle of cable)
If it's throttle stop screw, you just close the butterfly all the way and turn the screw about two turns after it is setting against it and then lock it.

The throttle cable can affect idle if you over-tighten it (no slack) so the throttle plate never closes completely. It's not common, but it can happen.
OP, if your idle is set correctly, you should be able to jump the 2P SCS connector, start the engine, and then unplug the IACV and the car should idle without dying at ~500rpm.

Whats the 2p scs connector and where is it
Also are you saying that if i unplug my iacv, the car should idle at 500rpm. and if it doesnt, something is wrong

According to the service manual, yes. You might have to restart the car once or twice and/or adjust the idle screw on the TB though to get it there. I don't know where the SCS connector is on a 4th gen; it's the one you jump with a paper clip to get the CEL codes.
