Sounds like he can't find the wiring for the VTEC solenoid. He's running a P75 since VTEC isn't wired. He found a plug in the bay that fits the solenoid, plugged it in, still no VTEC. Even after trying a chipped P28. That's my guess anyway.

Op you might have to run your own wires for the VTEC solenoid depending on what harness was used.

Maybe a mod can help him and move this to the integra forum?

Its cause you have a ls body harness. Theres no vtec wires in that half of the harness. So your engine harness with vtec wireing is plugged into a harness without.. So you would either have to get a vtec body harness from a 92-95 civic ex or a 94-95 integra gsr model. Or wire your own wires from the Ecu to the pigtail that plugs your engine harness to your body harness or all the way to the soliniod from the ecu.

Hope that helps. An yes next time post in the right section. Hopfully this can be moved without to much complaint from others in the type R section an you can get the help you need an maybe someone in the integra section will hook you up with a diagram or somthing.
