i have a b20/vtec and i would like to know the best way to route the hoses so the engine can breathe better. my new gaskets are starting to leak. im hoping the catch can will fix the problem.
There's like 8 threads on this, and you could just lookup any of the popular kits on the market.
But essentially you get 2 or 4 ports welded onto valve cover, and 2 fittings that thread into the back of the block and plug the hole for the oem PVC box, then run all those fittings with hose to a catch can with a breather on it. The fittings on the back of the block are a drain back so they go on the bottom of your catch can and the valve cover lines go in the top.

There is a thread in the faq regarding this topic. The terms you are looking for is crankcase ventilation and there are quite a few threads on this forum regarding it.
a breather setup is not going to fix an oil leak.
