In first gear with a heavy foot, and step on the gas its kind of normal but no vtec ingages, and in 2nd gear at low rpms it sputters/bogs and if I try to stomp on gas it misfires and doesn't move at all. No check engine light is on either. I changed my fuel filter and still has problem. What should be next? New dizzy? Spark Plugs??

 

As far as the misfiring goes, I'd start with ignition, maybe TPS sensor... as far as vtec you could check out this posting

You should be able to get vtec back following the link n0thin 2z posted. here I had a similar issue https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...1#post48734661 maybe you've seen that thred lol it's 6 pages but there is some REAL good info on there thanks to el crapitan
