Default Please HELP ls-vtec sputter problems

I have a 94 civic dx with an ls-vtec swap, 95 gsr head, 92 ls block, skunk2 intake manifold, stock ls throttle body, ls tranny, stock injectors, bwr fuel pressure regulator, blox fpr gauge, walbro 255 fuel pump, and stock p28 with stock internals. But the problem is when i turn the car on it girrgles like i have cams but when i rev it to 25 hundred it sounds fine, could it be its getting to much fuel or not enough or is it another problem also the psi for fuel is at 4?????

Sounds like for one you have the wrong ECU. I am not sure what guys run on their LSV but a stock P28 is meant for a D16Z6. I hope someone else can chime in with what ECU you should be running but I am guessing it should be a chipped P28 with a custom map.

Hondata is not a map. And if the P28 is totally stock you'll have to get it socketted. Call Phearable.
