I'm guessing you're a Euro of some variety. For anyone confused right now, he's talking about the Del Sol.
OP, when was your last FULL tune up? Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and all related filters? Is the CEL on? Does it work?

B Swapped, you're killing me with this. Your. You're. Two different words. Please don't do that amalgamation thing you're doing. Thank you.
Yes, there are three primary chassis grounds. One goes from the head to the chassis, one from the transmission to the chassis, and the other from the battery to the chassis. They all need to be clean and tight.

Ok checked my grounds all ok, took off solenoid cleaned it ran a ill better but still having my revs bouncing crazy and in tech feels like its jerking.. Is a dizzy recommended Orr??
If your spark plug wire shocked you, either one or more of your grounds are damaged, or your spark plug wires are severely damaged. The fact that your engine does odd things when you slam the hood also points to a ground issue. Ground wires are cheap - just go ahead and replace the three of them. The wires could be damaged behind the plastic insulation, where you can't see it.
Maybe you should post a video of what your car is doing. I have a feeling something is getting lost in translation here.
