Was the shifter tunnel cut out to fit the cable box?
Is it running the shifter cables or is it a h2b?

If the tunnel was cut open, you'll have to do some fabrication to run the hydro linkage again.

if you didn't do any cutting to the chassis and engine bay you should be able too, although the only way i understand of swapping an h22 in a civic engine bay is to either take out the tranny side mount or trim it and redrill a new hole in it for the new mount, for the shifter part if your using an h22 cable tranny then you have to do some cutting and drilling unless your going h2b or buy a new cable shifter that was design to just bolt on without modification like k tune shifter for the k series

yeah it looks like it has been cut under the consol where the shifter is and the tranny mount looks removed i have to look under the frame to see if it was sawed off, but its not a H2B its a h22 with a f22a tranny.
