why not a DOHC 3 stage vtec with cvt and dual runner intake?

i was browsing through the single cam articles
would that even be possible to combine all the honda inventions into one engine like
3 stage vtec from d15b
dual runner intake like gsr and prelude
and cvt gear like k series
along with the bmw style muffler where a valve opens a straight through pipe and other is chambered?
wouldnt that be a greatly improved engine for daily driving and still have nice piwer?

Why are you so stuck on the damn ecu man. When honda made z1 they made an ecu for it.
Im asking in theory forget about the damn ecu.
If all those were implemented in same engine wouldnt that give alot better powerband and furl economy at the same time.
