im planning to use the stock b16 fuel rail i really like how it looks polished
and want to get rid of the ble top adapters since im not planning to go back to stock injectors.
xenocron says 14mm hole
some other webpages say 9/16th drill bit which is 14.5mm diameter.
and im not even sure if it has to be tapered or not.
anyone has done it or maybe can measure the inside diameter of rdx injector adapters?

I found this which says 14mm. I also found another website mentioning 14mm o rings. You cans always drill bigger so I would start with 14mm and go 14.5mm if needed. I would say xenocron would be correct since the sell the adapter tops so you don't have to drill out your fuel rail.

I got the adapters but no tools to check size.
Just get the adapters there only like $40 and cuts don't on work.
And the Rdx injectors run damn smooth.

I would only attempt if you have a drill press otherwise you will have a hell of a time getting a clean and smooth hole.

yea I did with a drill press and a drill
fail. you need a different bit
regular drill bit is wobbly and will leave uneven surface and is hard to find in exact size.
drilling a b16 fuel rail leaves very little wall thickness and any deviation will drill through.
aka. I need another fuel rail for attempt#2 with proper drilling bit

how about buying Injector adapters.
so you can use the USCAR injector in your stock fuel rail.

save the hassle of killing good fuel rails.

Edelbrock makes a B Series 14mm fuel rail. It if you want it polished just take some oven cleaner to get the anodize off and hand polish it.
A critical hole like this will need to be done on a mill with correct fixture and a correct size reamer! STD drill bits are not capable of doing something like this!
