hey guys, i blew a nice fat hole in my block, so im going to be putting in another d16y8, but i want to build it a little bit so if anyone has an idea of what i can do, and better yet a good place to get aftermarket cams and pistons, please send me a pm(:

 

Boost it....only way you'll see power out of a D-Series. You'll be upset with the amount you spend for what you'll get in return.

Also, your car only has one cam. Cam, not cams.

If your thinking about buying new pistons, you definatly want to replace the rods too. Main weakness of a d-series. It's hard to give you advice on the rest though because we're unclear of the goals/application of the engine.
