What does the em1 & fa5 have to do with the question in hand?

I've seen a couple and doesnt look very good. The stock sol front end looks better IIRC there is slight fitment issues. Forget where tho, fenders and 'A' pillar maybe? For sure needs the core support. Google search should reveal awnsers tho.

Be different, throw a DC2 front end on it. Don't see that often.

I think I like the Teg one better.

Again, as in the other threads, I don't think he asked for opinions on appearance and aesthetics. Just how to get it done.

Taking things personal are we? I'm just saying EVERY SINGLE TIME someone asks this "How to" question it ALWAYS devolves into "Here's my opinion". So trying to get the thread to stay ON TOPIC is wasted effort? News to me.

i bought my 97 sol with a civic front end. the fenders have to be cut vertically above the wheel half civic half del sol to make everything match up. my questian is it just for your own pleasure or do you have spare parts lying around? why do the conversion?
my headlights were spliced with the civic ones not totally sure why.

Op is asking about 92-95 which is closely related to 93-97 del sol, unlike your 96-98 frontend. Yours would require more fabrication.
