Default Tran slip...

When it's cold, my transmission slips. Any reason why this would be happening?

Well, I'll have to get an Engine/Transmission combo.

My transmission shifts a little hard from 1st to 2nd. I don't know what it could be, is this normal?

Shifting hard itself? Or the engine kind of jerks during shifting?

The whole car jerks, I can't tell if its the engine or trans, feels like both though. Its an auto.

Mine did the same. Check the engine mounts. One on front, one on left and right, and one on the rear. Four total. I thought mine was broke. Turns out the attachment point of the mount on the engine was broke off and someone literally glued it back on. You most likely won't have that problem. None of the mounts are more than $100. And if it's your driver side mount, go ahead and change your timing belt at the same time. Let me know. Hope this helps dude.

No one is giving years here so.......

Cold shifing issues, are you using non Honda Trans fluid?

Hard shifts (cold and warm)- Pre '98, check the throttle control cable from the TB to trans for proper adjustment and movement.

As always, check all mounts.

The rear mount I know is bad, I would replace it by removing the intake manifold (easiest way) but the seller on ebay is taking forever to ship the heat shield gasket I ordered. Gonna swap in a emptied out H23 manifold at the same time, that'll be fun seeing what that does to performance.
