Obd question
I've been researching the B20Z for my car too. You can use a OBD1 B18B dizzy. You might be able to reuse the harness from your Civic, depending on what model you have. Not 100% sure if there are any sensors on the B20 that have a different plug because of OBD2. An OBD1 B18B harness might make things easier. It will plug into your shock tower plugs. Hope this helps some.

OBD is determined by the signal the ecu send and nothing more. Only difference when it comes to obd1 and obd2 dizzy's, injectors and alternator is the plugs so yes you can use a obd1 dizzy without any issues with your stock civic engine harness.
No point in using a b18b engine harness. It will be almost identical to your civic harness if not identical, therefore a waste of money.

I did use a OBD 2 engine harness when I did my GSR swap just so I didnt have to find OBD1 injectors, alt, dizzy since I already had all that with my GSR swap and the OBD2 harness made everything plug and play.
