97 B20 Into EJ2, Harness Question.
I just ordered my B20 from HMO. They said I will be getting a 97 and I have a 95 Civic coupe. Should I get a OBD2 harness for the motor or will my current OBD1 harness work for it? If OBD2 harness I'm guessing I should get a OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness. Is that all I need? I was guessing I need the OBD2 harness but just want to make sure. My stock DX harness is cut because the guy wired up VTEC (It was previously a mini-me turbo swap) What to do? Thanks

You can use your D-series alternator. Best way, IMO, is to get an OBD1 Integra LS 5spd. Distributor, OBD1 Integra LS injectors, and use your current harness. Or do this, price out how much it will cost to get the OBD2 harness and the OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness. Then price out an OBD1 Distributor and OBD1 Injectors. Which ever one cost's less, go with it. I reccomend goind the OBD1 part route, and head to a local junk yard to give you a good, cheap, start.
