Default Loud vibration

I had my water pump, timing belt, and all the pulley belts replaced on my 98 Honda Civic. While the mechanic had those out he noticed the upper and lower engine mounts were busted and cracked. He replaced them both. The car runs great now with the exception of a loud vibration felt throughout the car. I've read on some other posts that there is a bar under the mount bracket and if that bar is touching the mount, that is the problem. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Sounds like something is def rubbing wrong way. There's three mounts minimum. 1eng, 1trans, 1 rear. I'm assuming when you say lower, you mean rear? Probably back/under there is the problem area. Not much room for error on the rear bracket/mount setup
