Default B series build off

Alright so I got a little build off of my own going on. And I'm not sure how I should go about it.

Now I got a stock b20b4 just picked up an p8r head with sk2 intake. I'm not sure weither to do a simple all motor with Cams prolly like 12:1 cr shot pen rods. I figure if I get the money to boost it down the road, I could always just put new pistons rods and sleeves along with the turbo kit. Or should I just go for boost? Save some time and money.

Now on the other side of the garage I got a bone stock ls. Just picked up a b16 head for it super pumped it has crower cams not installed so I'm planning on building the head before I slap it on. Again should I go all motor or for boost?

Now don't get me wrong I love vtec but its kinda over rated. Including these 2 engines ive only owned 3 non vtecs. I'm just trying to see what a non vtec and a b20 can do. I wanna daily drive them too I know most ppl say go all motor then, but I've seen daily driven boosted Hondas last. My buddies is goin on 5 years it d series tho.

I just want some input on parts that are reputable and hear about some ppls previous builds. Note: I only have one shell so I'm not gonna be driving both unless my girl find her a b series trans
