Default WHAT INTERNAL DO I REALLY?

I'VE FINALLY MADE MY MIND UP ABOUT BOOSTING. I'VE READ MANY
ARTICALS, POSTS, ECT.. I ONLY WANT TO BOOST TO ABOUT 350 HP WITH MY D15 AND BUILD MY B18B1 AND GO CRAZY. BUT AS FAR AS MY D15 NON- VTEC DO I REALLY NEED RODS AND ALL. IT WILL BE A DAILY DRIVER BUT NOT A DAILY BEATER. i MAY GO TO THE TRACK ONCE A MONTH IF CAPABLE. I KNOW I COULD DO IT BUT HAS ANYONE DONE IT AND IT WAS PRETTY RELIABLE NO MAJOR PROBLEMS LIKE BENT RODS OR ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE? THANKS FOR THE INPUT!

d-series non-vtec are throwaway items...people should pay you to take them.

Just boost the D15 until it blows, but make sure you build that B18 quickly so you have it ready as a backup. I wouldn't recommend 350 on the D if you want it to last more than a month though.

Right. I know the d is cheap thats why I want to basically get my feet wet and get used to tweeking. Im boost eliterate and like to be totally fluent in at least the theory.

But to clearify what I really want to know is has anyone boosted to about 350 with a b18b unsleeved with only forged pistons and rods and a block gaurd. How long did it last or how long have you been running like that.
