Default B18A1 block with B18B1 head with B18A1 valve cover - PCV?

So I am working on piecing together a swap for my '98 civic hatch. The problem I am currently faced with is the PCV system. I have a B18B1 head mated to a B18A1 block but with a B18A1 valve cover. I do NOT however, have the stock "catch can" for the B18A1 block. So my question is, what are my options? I can't seem to find the stock catch can anywhere and I hear they didn't work that well anyway.

Should I plug the catch can hole on the block and buy the screw in hose fittings for the two plug holes above it and route that to an aftermarket catch can?

If so, I really don't know exactly how that is supposed to be hooked up for this car as any of the threads with pics I find, having dead links for pictures... any help is appreciated!

you can use a b18b valve cover and plug the holes in the block.
