Hey guys, Im having a couple issues so I'll post them here to see if I can get some help. Car is a 91 CRX Si about 175K with a bone stock d16a6 and stock ecu. Stock everything, no leaks or anything.

1. Takes two sometimes three 7 second cranks sets to start from cold.
2. Once started any gas input makes the car studder and almost shut off. (already changed fuel filter)
3. Once warm, the car runs and drives fine but the idle will surge every once in a while between 600 to 1000. Some days its fine at 700.
4. While idling and parked, my tail lights will flicker slightly but my head lights are fine (new battery and voltage is ok)
5. And lastly there is a code its throwing but I can't seem to read it. Below is a video of the code.

You have codes 6 and 7. Reset the ECU to clear the codes (see sticky) and then drive the car to see whether both codes repeat.

code 6 - ECT sensor circuit
code 7 - TPS circuit
