I do not know those brands. Personally I use Moog or would go OEM.
Your life rides on your suspension. This is something I would not cheap out on.

Just received front and rear Beck/Arnley sway bar bushings for the '95 EX coupe via RockAuto.

BECK/ARNLEY 1016383 {#52315SR3900} Two Bushings, Rear. $4.22 (0-49797-82737-7)
BECK/ARNLEY 1016285{#51306SV4000} Two Bushings, Front. $4.90 (0-49797-82631-8)
Using the 5% off code the total drops to $8.66 + $2.44(s&h) = $11.10 to my door.

Front B/A bushings are embossed with 51306-SV4-000 and 27
Rear B/A bushings are not embossed but come in a clear plastic bag with 52315-SR3-900 label on the bag. Both are made in Taiwan.

From Honda.
52315-SR3-900 BUSH, RR. STABILIZER 5.42 3.79 = 10.84 $7.58
51306-SV4-000 BUSH, Front HOLDER 9.72 6.80 = $19.44 $13.60
If I were to get the price break at my local Honda parts dealer, that would be $21.18.

*Normally I would purchase OEM parts from the parts dept. However, the last few times I went to my local Honda Parts counter there is a new guy who is a complete muppet. From attitude to screwing up the order. And he seems to be half lit too.*

I'll save myself the $10.08 and stick with the B/A bushings.

Is B/A an OEM supplier for the sway bar bushings? Probably.
Are they the same exact bushing/tier/durometer as the Honda ones?
With the front bushing embossed with the Honda Part number I would like to think so. The rears may also be the same but again without knowing what the OE specifications are and a durometer to check it may not be the tier 1(OEM) part. I would be surprised if a non Tier 1 OEM part would be allowed to have the same part number labeled/embossed onto it and being sold by a third party. But if Honda sold the molds to a third party then they would still have the parts #s from the molds in the bushing.

Beck/Arnley doesn't make anything, they're a repackaging company. Sometimes you'll get parts from the OEM supplier that made them for Honda (a lot of their Hyundai stuff is like this) The Honda stuff I've seen was never OEM, but it's generally decent quality.

If they're rear control arms I'd just buy new bushings from Honda and press them in.

FWIW.

Installed the front and rear sway bar bushings. Original fronts did not have a part number on them but did have 27.2 embossed on them. Rears had 15 embossed on them. Original bushings were well worn. Compared to the new bushings the originals didn't seem to be very well cast, even after all these years under the car there was still a bit of flashing and excess rubber. B/A bushings were a lot cleaner. Fronts needed a little persuasion to fit into the front brackets, rears would not go on the bar or rear bracket without a bit of help from some Dawn soap... now the damn endlink bushings are clicking. At least I can go around the corner without smacking the rocker off the ground.
