So i have my d16 running a open 3" downpipe right now ... my plans are to run a 3" cutout where the factory cat went then from there step down to a 2.5" mandrel bent catback ... what muffler would u guys recommend for a quote stock like sound? kinda lookin for something that has a 2.5 inlet

 

Magnaflow is a good option for OEM look while being somewhat quiet.

Since you already have an E-cut out, i would suggest an sti or wrx axle back. Since its already for a turbo car, i think it will flow decently and give you a close to stock sound with some pep.

walker quiet flow 3 muffler
stock looking tip

 

i have a magnaflow on mine. im also a big fan of the vibrant mufflers that look very similar to stock
