Default Sloppy shifter, everything is new.

I still have a sloppy shifter after installing;

A new transaxle from synchrotech.
A 'no slop' shifter from RCautoworks.
All new shift linkage energy suspension bushings.
All new shift stabilizer energy suspension bushings.
A fastline performance shifter.

After all of this I still have slop and would like to get to the bottom of this.
I am posting three videos as well to show you all whats going on. And this is all in a 1988 Civic Wagon with a cable Si trans.

Thanks for your time.

Does is sound like the slop is in the linkage or the transmission. The video wouldnt work for me.

The back half moves before the end that goes into the trans does. I don't think I have ever heard it though.

edit: I think I fixed the videos.

Hmm, you might just have the least amount of slop possible, its hard to say without seeing the video

Correct, I'm glad you are on the board.

Few people know these mild issues.

I should be getting a stock linkage from a EF hatch partout. I will let you all know what happens.
