My HUB seems to be loose...wtf do I do now?
I had a heck of a time getting off a rusted rotor, beating on the backside of it with a rubber mallet finally did the trick.
But then when I was going to put the new rotor on, I noticed the actual hub seems to have a few cm's worth of freeplay...which I know isn't a good thing.
I think I screwed something up on the hub pounding on the old rotor to get it off..
What do I do now?

Could I get an entire new (used) spindle assmebly (or whatever that section is called), and put those in if the hubs/bearings in them were good?

Would this kind of thing naturally happen with mileage, or only when beat on like what I did? My passenger side seems to be fine.
I wouldn't want to get a junkyard set and have them caked over too from tons of mileage.

if u dont have an axle bolted into the hub its naturally goin to feel loose. once u get an axle in there and axle nut snugged down then check it. it should b tight, if not its time to replace the hub.
