a "cone tube" for a downpipe?




without a expensive tool of course.. :D

not sure how this can be done without a proper tubing expander, or cutting a flat piece of steel and rolling it, but you will save yourself a whole lot of headache by just buying one

i see, it's ok, i will try to paid for a tool that can be make these with press ..

ok, i have a question about that flange since i will make a downpipe, it's possible that turbo use the same turbine as GT2052 ? it looks the same but idk know about sizes!

no they dont use the same turbine and no you can't make something like this in a press....

just buy one

BS we have a giant flare forming tool that we make cones just like that with in a 20 ton hydraulic press.

The thing is you must find the proper angle to use and use the proper thickness material.

No I'm not giving away the info, just saying that it can be done quite easily with a little trial and error

I was saying you can't do it, not simply

It would take trial and error on material, mandrel size, angle, etc,

So much easier to just buy one
