ef civic. injectors not spraying????? help!
i have a 91 civic w/ b16a.. cranks but, no start condition(injectors not spraying),,,, the battery, resistor box, main relay, fuel pump, starter, fuses, distributor.. all check out and i am getting fuel in the rail and pressure is correct........ also when i put gas directly in the throttle body it starts.... its throwing a code 10(iat sensor) .. but i checked every where and hear it will still start w/ bad iat-not sure if that is correct???? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!! Thanks.
I would get a test light made to test for injector power. Needs to be an led test light. Verify the injectors are getting a power supply. Verify exactly how much fuel pressure you have. Also check your grounds in the electrical system. They would be the next culprit in would check after fuses.
A bad or unplugged IAT sensor would not prevent the injectors from spraying fuel. As mentioned, start by checking whether all four injector clips get battery voltage.
Also verify that the injector ground wires are properly pinned to the ECU connector.

im going to check on saturday for 12V signal(main relay) to IPG1 & IPG2(a25,b1)obd1ecu...continuity between the wires on resistor box, injectors, ecu, & main relay(should find my problem???i hope...(i have good ground connection on thermostat) and injector resisitance checks out\ i doubt my computer is bad every thing else is workin(got from rywire) and car was running a few months ago but sat for a few months... any way im gonna check wiring out there really aint much more it could be.thanks for advice and links.. let you know how i make out...THANKS.
