pehaps u have a bad injector relay. do u hear the pump? if so, then i suspect its the injctor relay. no injector but everything else working kinda means the relay isnt working.

i wasn't aware of an injector relay... ? i have checked the main relay, the injector resistor, the injectors themselves... the fuel pump does turn on and i have 41psi pressure.

yes i have reset the ecu multiple times through this. The ecu isn't picking up any cells. i can throw a cell by disconnecting a sensor though so i am preetty sure its working ok...

wrong!

Voltage between the red/black terminals and a body ground on each injector should read battery voltage.

Fuel pressure at the fuel filter should be between 35-41 psi with the vacuum hose of the fpr disconnected.

Do you have any voltage at the injector clips themselves? If not, the path is basically... a fuse, ignition switch, main relay, resistors, injector coils, then to ground through the ECU, pluss all the wire and connectors in between.
