CRX B18 to much fuel - OBD0 injectors with OBD1 ECU, no resistor box

CRX B18 to much fuel - OBD0 injectors with OBD1 ECU, no resistor box
I bought a 91 CRX few weeks ago,with bad B18,replaced the enging,not when I start it,it pours fuel into the cylinders,it's running a jumper harness with a ODB1 ECU,but I believe with ODB0 injectors,but I can't find a resistor box,can I just wire in ODB1 injector plugs an run ODB1 injectors,on it's not that easy.Any links on what I can do would be greats,thanks
