Default obd0 to obd1 injector issue...

I did a B16A SiRII swap into a 91 CR-X Si, and running into a fuel delivery problem. I'm running the OBD1 injectors now in place of the original OBD0 ones. When running the OBD1 injectors, do you remove the resistor box? I know everyone says that you don't have to use OBD1 injectors for this swap, but the OBD0 injectors didn't seem to click using the JDM P30 ECU I have. Should I remove the resistor box, and if so, how do I do it? The injectors are clicking with the resistor box on, but only enough fuel goes to have the engine turn over for a second, then it cuts out. I've searched on this topic, but got mixed results that didnt really answer my questions. Thanks in advance for anybody who replies.

obd1 injectors.. no resistor box.
obd0 injectors.. resistor box..
either ecu will run either way.. all it depends on is the injector.

now research knowing that and you should be able to figure it out

thanks, based on what you have said, I need to remove the resistor box. I tried using the obd0 with resistor but no positive results, so it's the one thing I haven't tried yet. What do I do to remove it, pull it from the equasion and solder the wires together? Couldn't find a straight answer on that while searching.

Ok, tried removing the resistor box. I tried starting, I was getting combustion, but not enough to turn it over. I sprayed carb cleaner in the intake, and got it started. Drove it around the block, in second gear acceleration, it hesitated a lot, didn't seem like all injectors were spraying. I can't start it again now, even with carb cleaner, it will start but dies out. any suggestions? I checked the injectors with a screwdriver while cranking, and they all seem to be clicking.

throw 12 volts to the injectors and make sure each one clicks. Just use two leads off the battery directly to the injector.

I tried it. All of them click. I also checked each of the wires in the harness to the end of the injector clip, there are no breaks in the line according to my voltmeter. Is my ECU bad? I have a JDM P30, the only CEL code it's throwing is for Auto lockup, which means the ECU for an automatic, but should have no bearing on my injector issue. Also, the car was sitting for 4 months, do you think maybe the injectors are spraying, but the gas is no good? I read a thread about someone stalling out a lot due to bad gas that was sitting around for a couple of months....

Do you have access to another set of obd1 injectors that you can try?

I haven't tried a fuel pressure gauge, but it was fine before the swap, and the pump works, and its putting fuel in the rail. I had a obd0 b16a in before the b16a SiRII.
