after 10000 miles hard boosting it looks like this.





cracks everywhere.

drag mani is a POS. the gen 4 is supposed to be one piece cast for the prelude i so maybe they will upgrade others too..

Time to rebuild the turbo, seals are going and its rather old, mabye 20k miles on it or more (never know how many miles were on before I got it... its used)

Already done with the hard part, all mani bolts are loose and 4 outta 5 dp bolts loose

I assume all cast iron manifolds crack after a while due to the nature of the material?

Is there anything you can do to stop it besides cutting the mani between the cyls similar to this:
