Is it tuned or basemapped?

List the ENTIRE setup please.

A real tune like on a dyno or a burned chip?

I repeat. List the WHOLE setup or you're on your own.

What chassis is this in? Injectors? Stock MAP? Injectors? Fuel pump? I'd take it back to get tuned because your basemapped chip was bunk. BTW. You had someone else's tune burned to a chip and put in your ECU. You didn't have it dyno'd or even street tuned so it isn't tuned. Per your statements.

Er. Try advancing or retarding it until it starts to runs correctly. It's not that hard. There's no magic number. You should know that if you know all motors/setups are different. Do you have a wideband to help you out with this? Can you tune by reading plugs?

And you don't answer any questions. I asked 5 and you answered none.

I can see this is going to be a nightmare. Good luck to you. When they moved this into the Forced Induction forum you'll get the real hard questions.
