Default '99 CR-V clutch problems

I have been fighting a mushy clutch on my CR-V for about a year. I've changed out the master, the slave, and the little rubber hose that connects the firewall-side line to the engine-side line. There is no fluid dripping from under the car, so I can only assume that air is being sucked into the line as opposed to it leaking down and sucking air from the reservoir. There is always plenty of fluid in the reservior.

I can bleed the system, get a nice crisp clutch, and within 3 months there will be about 1.5" of slop in the pedal. The reservoir will still be full.

Has anyone else had this problem? This problem is seriously pissing me off. It really shouldn't be this complicated.
