96 swap, h23 to f22b CPS help!!
I have a 96 lude si and I blew my h23a3 so I switched to a f22b dohc I went from a obd2 to a obd1
well I got a guy to bypass my CPS through the dizzy, but for some reason I'm throwing a CEL (code 4) which I was told was the CPS, and anytime I get above like 3k rpm it loses power, in every gear and I can't drive above 55mph. I need to know what I can do to make this thing work.

Bypassed the cylinder position sensor? Why? How?
That sensor is located in the distributor for obd1 and 2. However the crank position sensor (code 4) is located in the distributor for obd1. On obd2 engines they are mounted on the oil pump which gets its signal off a magnetized pickup on the crank timing gear.
What distributor are you using? What harness?
