Default FJO/Hondata lamda datalogging problems...

I have tuned with my FJO unit and hondata stage 4b a few previous times. I know that the unit did work, and that the sensor worked when i used it a month ago. I spun rod bearings in my previous engine and the car sat for an entire month till i got the time to build another engine, and install it. Its been over a week since the new swap has been installed with all the turbo stuff, and i decided tonight was a good night to tune the car. I hooked everything up and went out with the rom editor open, hit connect and my lambda values were stuck at 19.5:1, 3.75 volts. I checked the oxygen sensor, all connections, checked for power into the FJO blackbox all seemed good. I check the 1000K ohm resistor, and it provided the correct resistence. I am assuming that the signal coming out of the FJO blackbox is bad, which leads to my question...Is there anything i am missing? Can the FJO blackbox go bad? I am totally stumped on what is going on, especially since it worked so well before.

you should undo the connections from the fjo to the stock o2 harness and test the output from the fjo with a multi meter. that will let you know if rom editor or honda logger is reading the right voltage or if there is a problem between the black box and your ecu.
