03 civic Cluster Problems
Hello one and all,
I am posting for one of my friends that has a 03 honda civic with the 1.7L 3 stage vtec and auto trans. after throwing a couple of large bills at it for some other reason we got the car up and running. The only problem left is the speedo and tac. When the cluster gets power (motor on or off) the speedo and tac start jumping around for no reason at all. It does not do it all the time just most and according to the gps based speedo on her phone when the speedo is not going nuts the speed is right... Any help will be helpful after this almost 2 year long fix. thanks again

Ever blow any fuses?
Grounds are good?
Have you tried testing the functionality of the cluster itself? (see here)
Anything strange going on with any of the lights, or how the engine runs?
