Default Small oil leak running down passenger side of block

Hey everyone, I just picked up a 2000 em1 with a jdm b16 swap a few weeks ago. Everything seems pretty sound just a few minor issues I'm trying to get figured out. It's running on a jdm p30 ecu with a jumper harness everything's stock. Sometimes a CEL will pop up when hitting vtec, and afterwards if I give it wot while the CEL is still on i'll hear a real deep sound coming out the exhaust. Noticeably deeper than the normal exhaust tone. The CEL will cut off if i turn the car off and on. I tried pulling the code but everytime I try to the CEL just stays solid and doesn't blink at all or give me a code. I also have a very minor oil leak coming from right around where the head meets the block on the passenger side. I cant really tell if its coming from the head or if its dripping from the distributor or vtec solenoid cause it hardly leaks. It's definitely not leaking around the head gasket cause it looks good around the entire head except around that corner on the passenger side. I just picked up a distributor o ring, both vtec solenoid gaskets and a valve cover gasket from honda. I'll probably end up getting some new cam seals too and get to working on it this weekend. Here's a picture of the block where it's leaking. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Do the seals and O ring and also do the cam plug, clean up the whole area, and then see if it leaks. It's probably one of those that is leaking.

Yeah that's what I'm hoping for. Waiting on my golden eagle cam seal to come in then I'm just gonna do everything at once. Still cant figure out why the cel keeps engaging when it hits vtec sometimes though. Starting to think its just a wiring issue from the ecu when the swap was done. Didn't mention that vtec doesn't engage after the cel pops up either

Changed my oil yesterday and noticed a massive dent in my oil pan causing a minor leak around the gasket. I'm pretty sure this is causing my check engine light vtec issue also
