hey guys i have a 1996 Honda civic ex and im getting power to the car.... but the start wont even crank... it has brand new start, brand new distributor, and i check all the fuses... and the car starts because i ran power to the starter and it turned on..... so can you guys please help me out

 

is it just giving you a click?

 

its a small click on the inside but you cant hear it on the outside

 

I say first start from the battery terminal. Check the voltage on it.

 

i did its 12.4

 

Your problem has to between the starter and battery. Something is not giving the starter power between the 2.

Can you push start it in second gear? Yes?
Check all your engine grounds!

Starter relay or neutral safety switch or something in the ig switch.
