Car: Honda civic trim:ex engine: D16y8 with AEM realtime cam sprocket

okey the ideling problem happens sometimes in the morning at startup
before i go to work i start the car up and leave it to idle and sometimes the ideling goes up and down. up for about 5 sec and then down (1500rpm up amd down 900rpm)
and sometimes in normal engine temp in drive mode its like it stalls if in gear it spit and when i am pressing the gaspedal it like is getting to muh air and no fuel. but when i shift to neutral it rev normal.

any cel lights and im talking about the dizzy have you ever had a timing light on it does it have a miss to it ud hear this at the tail pipe and feel it in the car could also be an o2 sensor going bad the iacv could be dirty may need a tune up idk i need more information about what its doing and more information about the car

I did an injector cleaner treatment by NOS. yesterday I clean the iacv with carbo cleaner it was dirty. but still the same thing with the idling up and low. the week befor i did a scan and found this code p0453 and p0171
