Default Engine Light Blinking, Stuck Boots, Changed Plugs Rotor Wires Distro Cap, Wont Fire

The engine light started flashing in my My 2002 Honda Accord. The few days prior I thought it had a few misfires but was not certain. When the Engine light started flashing, it was running really rough. Last time I had this with a car, my Caty was clogged and glowing BRIGHT RED. However, that was not the case this time. I took it to an Auto store to get scanned. It came up with Bank 1 O2 Sensor and Misfire Bank 1 and Bank 4 and another code all misfire. I believe the all misfire was when it stalled as I pulled in. So they suggested I pull a plug and see the condition of the plug. Well, it got more complicated, the boots were stuck on the plugs... I had to break the boots, used compressed air to get all the pieces out before I pulled the plugs.. Huge pain in the rear. Took forever to get them out.. The plugs looked ok but the distributor cap terminals looked scored pretty bad. So eventually I got it all done. Changed the plugs, new plug wires, Distributor Cap, Rotor.. Now it wont start, wont fire at all. I checked all the connections, pulled the new plugs and put them back in, made sure everything was connected well... Still nothing :-( I have to say, I drive this car 99% of the time on the Highway. It has 250,000 miles :-) just had the Timing belt replaced 20,000 miles ago(precautionary) and replaced all the hoses and belts at that time. Car was running fantastic till about 2 days ago when I thought it was missing now and then. Could it be my distributor? I'm at a loss? Not sure where to go from here?

Are you sure you put the rotor in? Car turns over? Check for spark.

Are you getting spark (and fuel) to each cylinder?

Check the firing order of your plug wires.

You could also test your ignition coil and ignitor. If your ignitor or coil were starting to fail it could cause a misfire issue.
